Aloe Primasponge® Green PF is incorporated into the final cosmetic product at a temperature below 50 ºC.
To suspend the beads a certain yield value is necessary. The product can be incorporated with the external phase, as it's supplied, or after removing this external aqueous phase by filtration.
Information on how to handle Primasponge® in production is available upon request in a separate document.
As supplied, the beads are not homogeneously suspended in the external phase. For that reason, their concentration is different in the top and bottom of the packages. This phenomena has to be considered when sampling, or when manufacturing with fractions of pack.
